“BloomingStars Motion Pictures” registered with Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce has established a competent team to create (Telugu) regional language motion pictures to entertain the audience and to inculcate morals in the young society by giving social message for the youth.As a start-up, the company enterprise with producing a full length featured motion picture entitled “ANTHARMUKHAM” The Project is scheduled to begin production in January, 2015 and go for theatrical released in May, 2015 The project cost as per preliminary budget estimate, would be around Rs. 40,000,000 (USD 650,000) for the production and marketing of “ANTHARMUKHAM” The Company is seeking an equity investment of INR 25,000,000 (USD 450,000) On Progressive basis for full production and marketing of the film. After the Investors have received 125% of their contributions The Investors and the Company will then split the additional returns on 20/80 basis. Follow on Capita is not required for this Project
