Cruit

Cruit is a job recommendation system that works as a virtual recruiter. Your Cruit profile is made up of chronologically ordered tags. These tags interact / have relationships with other tags Ex: Hive is a tag used frequently with Hadoop/Big Data, this association is identified providing Cruit a layer of intelligence. This eliminates the need for a recruiter to add the right set of tags. Instead of context-less keyword search, recruiters can now create an entire profile of their ideal candidate and Cruit finds results based on it. To improve contextual search, Cruit is armed with a referral system that allows recruiters to add a referral bounty to jobs that they post. These bounties are paid out to referrers whose referrals turn out to be actual employments. The referral system is closed so no random referrals are allowed. We plan to disrupt the business model of incumbents by allowing job postings to be paid per day and by getting a cut out of every bounty that is paid.
