Find My House is a platform focused on residential rental segment of the real estate industry. The purpose is to simplify the house renting process by making it seamless and efficient. By leveraging the power of technology such as IoT, we aim to make this process interesting and fun! The target customers are tech savvy and mobile individuals working in the services industry because they are comfortable adopting new technologies and performing transactions online. The market for residential real estate is expected to grow at a CAGR of 19%* from 781,000 units in 2015 to 1.3M units through the Year 2020. This represents a huge opportunity which my venture intends to capitalize. These projections give the venture an estimated revenue of INR 46Cr to INR 75Cr.
